Many publishers have their own index style guidelines. If you do not have one, there are several style choices to be considered. The primary components of index style are: Format of entries Alphabetizing of entries Cross-reference format and placement Capitalization style Page reference format When you contact me to discuss an indexing project, there will also be other questions I'll ask before I can begin.
