Links

The tower rises endlessly into
the high vaulted ceiling of the sky

At the heart of that tower is the chain
there people go to add their one link to that endless
chain

Some links are warm
glowing gold, others are chill black iron
and still other's links are too weak and break
before they have the chance to
grow stronger

One day however the chain will end
its last link forged

Then the endless chain will
be done...
