    C.I.N.D.E.R Fund is a 501 (c) Tax Exempt organization, so all donations to C.I.N.D.E.R

    Fund are tax deductible under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code.  All of our

    workers are volunteers, and we rely on donated goods and services so all of your

    donations are used to help needy cats and kittens.
