Craig
Martin has provided legal services to the cable industry
throughout the nation for almost twenty years. His legal
services range from franchise relationships in communities
throughout the country to federal (FCC), state (public
utility commission), and local regulatory compliance.
His professional background also includes extensive experience
in mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions,
and securities law.
Craig served for over ten years as the chief operating
officer of a law firm of over 100 attorneys, where his
responsibilities included strategic planning, financial
budgeting, reporting and analysis, recruitment of attorneys
and staff, marketing of legal services, and all aspects
of human resources.
He received his B.A. from Amherst College, where he graduated
cum laude, an M.Sc. from Trinity College, Dublin,
and a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame, where he
was an editor of the Notre Dame Law Review.
